Orders

Order Changes & Cancellations

To serve you better, Art Nature 88 will begin to process your order immediately after you have submitted it. Since our products are handmade on-demand and we do not hold inventory, we are unable to change or cancel the order once we have started the production process.

If you would like to make changes to your order (e.g. change the size of the item, add customizations, change the shipping address) or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at order@artnature88.com. Please include the order number and the changes you would like to have made along with your request. Our team will first check your order status. If your order hasn't started to be handcrafted, we will make the requested changes. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request by e-mail.

There is no guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible, but if it is our team will gladly help you.


Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensional weight of your order. We offer free shipping on non-framed artworks.

International shipping

Art Nature 88 currently does not ship to international addresses.


Production time

Since our products are hand painted on-demand, production time may vary from a project to another depending on item type, size and level of customization. Estimated production time is stated on each product page. Please note that the estimated production time is specified in Business days, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Delivery time may vary from a product to another depending on production facility location and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery time is stated on each product page. Please note that the estimated delivery time is specified in business days, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer refunds or replacements for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Art Nature 88 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
