Return policy

At Art Nature 88, your satisfaction is important to us. We want our customers to be able to make their purchases with complete confidence. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, all purchases are covered by our 7-day return policy.

This means our customers are protected if the item they ordered is missing, defective, damaged or incorrect. In such a case, our customers can return the item and request a replacement or a refund.

Returns

Art Nature 88 offers a replacement or a refund to customers who submit an eligible return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

To submit a return request, you can contact us by email at customerservice@artnature88.com. After we have evaluated your situation, you will be informed of the approval or refusal of your request by email.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Before submitting a return request, please refer to the eligibility requirements below:

  • We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receipt of your order to make a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damaged or defective Items: Any item that arrives damaged or defective is eligible for a replacement or refund if returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To submit a return request, contact us at customerservice@artnature88.com. Please include the order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item with your request.
  • Incorrect items: Any incorrect item received (for example: the item or item size received is not what was ordered by the customer) is eligible for a replacement or refund if returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To submit a return request, contact us at customerservice@artnature88.com. Please include the order number and a photo of the incorrect item with your request.
    • Missing Items: Any item missing from the order is eligible for a replacement or refund if the request was submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. To submit a replacement or refund request, please contact us at customerservice@artnature88.com. Please include the order number and a photo of the other item(s) received with your request.
    • Packages lost in transit: Any package lost in transit is eligible for a replacement or refund if the request was submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. To submit a replacement or refund request, please contact us at customerservice@artnature88.com. Please include the order number with your request. Please note that if the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Art Nature 88 will not cover replacement costs or refund the order.
    • Incorrect address: any package that could not be delivered to the correct address due to an entry error by the customer (for example: the customer provided an incorrect address or an address considered insufficient by the carrier) is not eligible for replacement or refund. Please note that any package returned to us by the carrier cannot be refunded or reshipped to the customer.
    • Unclaimed packages: Any package that could not be delivered due to the customer not claiming the package is not eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note that any package returned to us by the carrier cannot be refunded or reshipped to the customer.
    • Customer remorse: Any item that is no longer wanted by the customer for any reason other than non-receipt of the item or receipt of a defective, damaged or incorrect item is not eligible for replacement or refund. Additionally, any item unwanted due to customer error in size, color or framing selection is not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • Exceptions/non-returnable items: Some made-to-order items cannot be returned. This includes custom paintings and portraits. Any custom made item that is no longer desired by the customer for any reason other than non-receipt of the item or receipt of a defective, damaged or incorrect item is not eligible for replacement or refund.       Refunds

      To submit a refund request, you can contact us by email at customerservice@artnature88.com. After we have evaluated your situation, you will be informed of the approval or refusal of your request by email.

      If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

      If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund, please contact us by email at customerservice@artnature88.com.

       

      Replacements

      To submit a replacement request, you can contact us by email at customerservice@artnature88.com. After we have evaluated your situation, you will be informed of the approval or refusal of your request by email.

      If your request is approved, you will receive a replacement which will be sent to the original address. Please note that it may take some time for your replacement item to arrive.

      If more than 5 weeks have passed since we approved your return and you have still not received your replacement item, please contact us by email at customerservice@artnature88.com.

       

      Disclaimer

      All returns, replacements and refunds are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of Art Nature 88.

      Art Nature 88 monitors customers' return, refund and replacement activities for abuse. If we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent activity on the part of a customer, that customer may be informed by email that Art Nature 88 will no longer accept any return, refund or replacement requests from that customer, with or without receipt.

       

      European Union 14 day cooling off period

      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
